Day of the appt KC at Front Desk - along w/office manager Loren were both genuinely concerned about my husband's well being & made sure his next follow up appt was booked sooner than later and on the day we needed! Last but not least Dr. D and his awesome assistant Yen. They were so patient, explained everything, literally laid out our options (Yen brought in demos of implants to help us visualize the work to be done). My husband needs extensive work done, and we feel totally at ease with choosing SSD. This office is the Diamond standard on how a medical practice should run (and look). Wish we found them sooner!
