Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Our office will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Estimates for insurance coverage of dental treatment are merely estimates written by our staff based upon our knowledge of previous coverage by dental insurance providers. South Shore Dentistry cannot be held responsible if insurance varies from the estimated balance provided. Any patient account balances over sixty days are the responsibility of the patient, regardless of insurance coverage.

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Financial Arrangements

Our office works with lending institutions on the behalf of patients who would like to finance extensive treatment plans. This must be done prior to the actual procedure. Please contact our office for more information.

CareCredit

We are pleased to offer CareCredit to our patients. CareCredit is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000.

We also offer Compassionate Finance to our patients. Get an affordable payment plan with minimal fees to help you finance the care you need without the stress.

Insurance Information

At South Shore Dentistry we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We accept and will bill to all insurances.

We will assist you with submitting insurance claims, keeping in mind that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may be cause for delay or complete denial of coverage by your insurance company. Please be sure to notify our office of any and all changes to your insurance.
